I haven't been the healthiest either, but I usually are pretty healthy and active. Is it okay? I don't want to feel bad for not working out properly, and not eating the healthiest. Ive really underestimated this workout.i didnt really feel anything after the workout and im using 2kg dumbells for each side.i do exercises on a regular basis and i thought this exercise didnt do much until the next day… My chest is sore!! The problem is…I have nothing to lift or shape cause I don't have boobs. 😅
personal tips:1. I do this standing up because I think it’s a bit more challenging (you have to fight against gravity pushing your arms down)2. I don’t have dumbbells so I use 1 big heavy book or water bottles filled to the top

I just barely made a new Google account and after years I'm now searching YT for exercises that might give a slight breast lift. For more than 10 years, after being over 200 lbs a while and losing weight, on and off, I guess my chest lost its perk since my late 20's. I found this video late last night, editing this at times, and this is a channel I've known least a year but stopped working out in middle of 2019, getting over 200 again. I got under it in Jan. thanks to some cardio, doing dirty keto+some intermittent fasting a short while, but then later on sadly it was via starving. I'm now trying to remake YT playlists and hopefully eat better. I'm trying to understand other commenters on their results. I honestly think my chest is beyond help without cosmetic help but I'll still try this out but uhh
